Sibusisiwe has a background in community mobilization, project management, report writing, training, volunteer coordination/management, youth development, HIV/AIDS programs, corporate social responsibility, proposal writing, workshop facilitation, fundraising and stakeholder management and coordination. She has worked for various not for profit organizations in the areas of health including surgical humanitarian work, peace building, livelihoods, HIV/AIDS prevention to mention a few. She holds Master degrees in Peace and Governance as well as Cooperation and Development and has worked in Central and Southern Africa with children with clefts for the past 6 years.
