Awazie Victoria Oluchi manages Smile Train Africa programs in Nigeria and Ghana. She is from Eastern state of Nigeria Umuahia Abia State. Born 16th June 1982 in Lagos state Nigeria, she is from a family of 7 and she is the middle child. Victoria attended Ojora Memorial College and obtained senior secondary school certificate and proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University where she studied History and International relations. Worked at Oba Adeyemi secondary and as a HIV and AIDS peer educator during her National service.  She was the first female commandant of Red Cross to the Crops members in Oyo East.  She is kind hearted, compassionate and has good relationships with people.
