When Faith worried that free surgery might be too good to be true, the staff at Harare Central Hospital shared images of the transformations of other Smile Train-supported patients.

The next day, when Anashe woke up from her cleft lip surgery, Faith said, “I barely recognize my daughter. I hope that Smile Train donors will continue to help children like mine until the end of time. I am so grateful.”
