Lizarda Samuel Cossa is a Partnerships and Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and donor-funded programs in Mozambique.
Her experience has been shaped through her work with national and international non-governmental organizations (Save the Children International, Enabel – Belgian Development Agency, National Smallholder Farmers Union, and ActionAid Mozambique), where she has implemented development projects and led strategic collaborations across government, NGOs, academia, media, and community structures. In her most recent role at Save the Children, she has managed the full partnership lifecycle, ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and results-based delivery. Her work spans sectors including health, nutrition, education, food security, women’s empowerment, and climate resilience, with a strong focus on inclusive and rights-based programming.
Outside of her professional work, Lizarda is married and a mother of two. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
