Smile Train Africa Alumni Network

Smile Train Africa Alumni Network (STAAN) is a growing community of surgeons and multidisciplinary cleft care professionals who were trained through Smile Train–supported programs and are now shaping the future of cleft care across the continent.

Through collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning, STAAN members strengthen local health systems and help ensure that every child with a cleft receives the safe, high-quality care they deserve.
