Tsiferana Rakotoarisoa is a dedicated program manager with over eight years of experience in business administration, project management, logistics, and grant management.

As Smile Train’s Program Manager for Madagascar, she plays a pivotal role in establishing hospital partnerships, overseeing financial and programmatic compliance, and advocating for improved cleft care in the country. Prior to this role, Tsiferana worked as an operations coordinator at Mobile-Hilfe-Madagascar, where she managed hospital operations, logistics, and strategic planning. Before that, she worked at Mercy Ships, where she gained a strong background in medical capacity building and expertise in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and budget management.

Fluent in French, English, and Malagasy, Tsiferana holds an MBA in Management from Unicaf University and a Bachelor’s in both Administrative Management and English Teaching.
