Veronica Kamwela

Veronica Kamwela is Smile Train’s Program Manager for East and Southern Africa. In this role, she helps ensure high-quality and safe cleft care in Tanzania by establishing and effectively managing the organization’s programs and partnerships across the country.

Before joining Smile Train, she worked with BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania and Digital Opportunity Trust Tanzania (DOT).

Veronica has vast experience in project planning and management, teamwork, leadership, facilitation and coaching, proposal writing, budgeting, report writing, maintaining donor relationships, risk management, and communication. She holds a Master’s in Project Management from the Open University of Tanzania.
